It annoys me when journalists in Linux publications euphemise Microsoft and Bill Gates. You know the phrases: "the boys at Redmond", "Mr. Gates", "the Redmond behemoth".
What's wrong with, on the first mention of Bill Gates in article, saying: "Bill Gates, chairman of Microsoft" and, thereafter, just "Gates"? All these silly phrases are just so unprofessional. Mind you, unprofessionalism seems to pervade British Linux journalism.
